Hello Parents!

Thank you for utilizing our Enrichment Club offerings for your child/children.

Please note the following important information regarding the Enrichment Clubs:

Payment: All payments for the Enrichment Clubs will be deducted from your SMART Tuition Account.

Snack: The children attending Enrichment Clubs will gather at dismissal. They will have snack prior to the start of Club, so please send in a snack and drink labeled for the Enrichment Club.

Pick up: Dismissal for the clubs is 4pm. (unless otherwise noted) Please make sure you are prompt at pick up as the instructor may have to bring children over to the After School Program. If your child is scheduled to go to the After School Program, the instructor will bring them over. If your child’s club meets in the Main School Building, dismissal will be from the back cafeteria door. If your child’s club meets in the St. Francis Center dismissal will be from the ramp.
