Spring Track 2012

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE: Boys and Girls in Grades 5-8

WHAT IS THE PROGRAM ABOUT: The kids will participate in various races (50 yard dash, 100 yard dash, 400m, 400m relay, 800m and mile run). Team drills, endurance, and strength training with above all FUN!

WHEN: It begins March 23rd and runs until the beginning of June. Practices will be after school from 2:45-4pm.  There will be a practice schedule that will be distributed at the meeting.

COST: $30 Checks payable to: OLA Athletic Program (includes a tee-shirt that your child will keep and a banquet at the end of the season)

SIGN UP AND FORMS: There will be a mandatory meeting for parent(s) on Thursday, March 22nd at 6:30 pm in the school cafeteria. Please bring your completed Sports Contract and $30 fee to the meeting.
