Welcome Back Teachers’ Luncheon, Tuesday, August 30, 2011
Mandatory General PTO Meeting, Wednesday, September 7, 2011
At least one parent needs to attend this important informational meeting. PTO dues of $25 will be collected. Parents will be allowed to visit classrooms and meet the childrens' teachers.
Welcome back to school event where children and parents gather to enjoy scrumptious sundaes and great company.
This year get your pumpkins, corn stalks and other items while supporting OLA. Bring the kids for face painting, pumpkin decorating and more! This is a new event this year.
50th Anniversary Mass and Reception, Sunday, October 2, 2011
Join in the celebration in honor of our school's 50th Anniversary starting with Mass at 1:00 pm and then a luncheon reception immediately following.
This Friday night event for grades 5 and under is always a smash. The kids get to do a variety of activities and the parents get to socialize. You'd be a ghoul to miss it!
Cash Calendars begins November 1, 2011 and ends December 9, 2011
These calendars are designed as lovely Christmas cards that are great gifts for family and friends. They are available for sales November 1st through December 10th and offer the ability to win a prize every day for over a month. This fundraiser is part of each family's contractual obligation.
School Open House, Sunday, November 20, 2011, 12:30 to 2:30
Prospective families are invited to tour our school and meet the faculty. Tell your friends and family about the wonderful opportunities OLA offers towards your children's future and take advantage of our new referral program.
Great opportunity to get together with other families for a bite to eat with a portion of all sales that night going to the school!
Santa’s Workshop Wrapping Night - Tues 11/15 6:30-9pm - Wed 11/16 8:30-10pm - Sun 11/20 4-6pm
The elves (aka moms and dads) gather to wrap all the wonderful items and get a sneak peak at the goods.
For two days the workshop is open for the kids to purchase gifts for family and friends. Children are provided with a shopping list and gift tags prior to the event. During the event there are plenty of helpers on hand to assist the children in making their special purchases.
We will be gathering craft and gift vendors from the North Shore to display and sell their wonderful wares. There will be activities for the children and a Cookie Walk comprised of home-baked goodies contributed by OLA families to raise funds. This is a new event this year.
Amesbury Sports Park Tubing, Date to be Determined
Bundle up and bring the family for a fun-filled day of tubing at the Amesbury Sports Park. The school receives a potion of all ticket sales! This event is being rescheduled to due athletic event conflicts and weather. A new date will be posted once determined.
A special evening for grades 2, 3 and 4 that is chock full of games and activities with pizza and ice cream served.
Catholic Schools Week Monday, Jan. 31 – Friday, Feb. 3, 2012
We celebrate this week with a variety of events for the children to enjoy.

Easter Bunny Breakfast (Grades Pre-K–1), Saturday, March 31, 2012
The little ones love this special event with activities designed just for them and a visit from the Easter Bunny!
Annual Auction/Casino Night, Thursday, April 26, 2012
Our Annual Auction will take on a new twist to include Casino gaming at a new venue. This is one of our school's largest fundraisers as well as a social event for parents and alumni.
Fuddruckers Night, Date to be determined, 5-8PM
Another great opportunity to get together with other families, enjoy a meal, and have a portion of the proceeds go to the school.
Amazing Survivor Race (7th Grade), Friday, May 11, 2012 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
Modeled after the popular TV series, the kids love to compete in a variety of challenges.
